Lock cases

Adams Rite 4710 Dead latch with Screw in cylinder

This lock case is supplied in 4 different backsets (22mm, 24.6mm.28.6mm and 38mm)

The case features a latch and auxiliary bolt which deadlocks the latch when the door is closed against the strike plate.

Strike Plates and Accessories

Adams Rite locks are supplied without strikes and accessories but they can be purchased when required. You can find them as associated products on duffells.com.

Trim strike

Flat strike plates designed to increase the protection to the bolt when in the locked position.

Variations available for the 1850, MS2200 and 1890 series lock cases.

Armoured-parts

Armoured section used in conjunction with a trim strike to greater enhance the security of the bolt when in the locked position.

Box strikes

Box strike plate designed to increase the protection to the bolt when in the locked position.

Variation designed for use with the 1890 series lock case.

Ramp jaw strikes

These strikes are designed for use with the 4700 series lock cases and 900 series mortice exit devices.

Ramp jaw leads out latch bolt reducing wear on the mechanism and gives compliance with EN 1125/179 where required.

Lever handles

4568 Lever handle

This handle is supplied with a steel mounting plate and a 16mm or 22mm spindle.

The 16mm spindle version is used with the 4710 series dead latch lock cases and are supplied with a cam plug.

The 22mm spindle version is for use with the 1890 series dead latch and hook bolt lock case and cam plugs are not supplied or required.

Handing is reversible.

4561 Lever handle

These handles are discontinued but were used with the 4710 and 1890 series lock cases with a 16mm or 22mm spindle.

The 16mm spindle version is used with the 4710 series dead latch lock cases and are supplied with a c am plug. This handle was used with the 4710 and 1890 series lock cases and is supplied with a 16mm or 22mm spindle.

The 16mm spindle version was used with the 4710 series dead latch lock cases and was supplied with a cam plug.

The 22mm spindle version was for use with the 1890 series dead latch and hook bolt lock case and cam plugs were not supplied or required.

4565 Thumb turn

This handle is used with the 4710 and 1890 series lock cases and is supplied with a 16mm or 22mm spindle.

The 16mm spindle version is used with the 4710 series dead latch lock cases and are supplied with a cam plug.

The 22mm spindle version is for use with the 1890 series dead latch and hook bolt lock case and cam plugs are not supplied or required.

4591 Paddle handle

Mounting brackets

Ideal for use in replacement situations , the two screws enable a secure fix into the back wall of the section with the lock case then mounting directly onto the bridge.

Used in conjunction with the MS1850, MS2200, 1890 and 4700 series lock cases.

Lock case cylinders

Adams Rite lock cases work with either round screw in or euro cylinders and when used with thumb turns provide unrestricted exit without the requirements of a lever or paddle handle.
